OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 5, 2004, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2002-343 dated July 26, 2002, as amended by Order in Council 2003-73 dated February 28, 2003, by adding immediately before the word "from" in the second line of paragraph (

a) the words "from The Dominion Atlantic Railway Company, its heirs, successors or assigns, and"; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
