OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated October 20, 2023, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables entering into an agreement with Environment and Climate Change Canada for funding to support identification and protection of Old Growth Forests, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to this Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
