Section 17 of

Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2018,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 401 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Residential Tenancies Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 2 to 7, 10 to 13 and 15 and clause 16(

a) of

Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2018,

An Act to Amend

Chapter 401 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Residential Tenancies Act , do come into force on and not before June 26, 2019.
