OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 28, 2025, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) issue a lease for the purpose of developing, operating and maintaining a sugarbush for the collection of maple syrup to 3333437 Nova Scotia Limited, or its approved successors or permitted assigns, for Crown lands that are currently identified as a portion of PID 55455679 and contain approximately 40 acres (16 hectares) and are shown shaded dark grey and outlined in bold on

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
