Order in Council 1061/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 94/2015, dated the 28th day of January 2015, Theodore D. Assad was appointed as a member of the Town of Kirkland Lake Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from January 28, 2015;

And

whereas Theodore D. Assad has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Town of Kirkland Lake Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Theodore D. Assad is hereby reappointed as a member of the Town of Kirkland Lake Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
