OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour and the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage dated March 10, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased to assign to the Minister of Environment and Labour and to the Department of Environment and Labour all such affairs and matters as have heretofore belonged to the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Heritage and the Department of Tourism, Culture and Heritage under
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act, only as may be necessary for the establishment and administration of the Advisory Committee on the Protection of Special Places pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of the Special Places Protection Act, such assignment to be effective on May 4, 2005.
