OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated March 15, 2011, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 35 of the Acts of 2010, the Conflict of Interest Act, is pleased, effective on and after March 29, 2011, to (
a) repeal the Members Disclosure Regulations, N.S. Reg. 174/91, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-864 dated July 18, 1991; and (
b) make regulations respecting disclosure statements in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
