OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated October 6, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 43 of the Acts of 2005, the Optometry Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Optometrists for a term of three years commencing on November 1, 2008 and ending on October 31, 2011: \x09\x09Keith R. Ayling of Tantallon, Halifax Regional Municipality; and \x09\x09Sheila M. Hoeg of New Glasgow, Pictou County.
