OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated March 3, 1999, pursuant to subsection 87(1) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to

Section 2 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1998, The Appropriations Act, 1998, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing to enter into an amending agreement with the Government of Canada for the extension of the Canada/Nova Scotia Agreement under the Canadian Farm Business Management Program to June 30, 1999, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
