Order in Council 623/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Zahra Dhanani was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective May 30, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 814/2019;

And

whereas Zahra Dhanani tendered her resignation effective January 4, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 814/2019 be revoked effective January 4, 2022.
