Order in Council 1475/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3 (2) and 4 (2) of the Ontario Place Corporation Act ,

James Ginou of Toronto

be appointed as member and designated as chair of the Board of Directors of Ontario Place Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
