Order in Council 2406/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code , R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Julian Abel Constantine Gojer of Richmond Hill

be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of five years, effective December 1, 2017 to and including November 30, 2022.
