OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 24, 2005, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey two parcels of Crown land containing an area of approximately 4.26 hectares, more or less, situate at Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the Town of Annapolis Royal, a body corporate with its registered office at Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $1.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
