Statute: Public Service Act Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 23, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective February 23, 2021, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2017-175 dated June 15, 2017; and (

b) assign the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Kelly Regan, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act .
