OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated October 1, 2024, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by His Majesty the King in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of land that is currently identified as PIDs 50004233, 50002468, 50004225, 50173574, 50002039, and Parcel “D” located at or near Port Hastings, Inverness County, more particularly described in
Schedule “A” and as shown on the plans marked
Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of the Highway 104 Port Hastings Intersection Upgrades Project, Inverness County.
