Order in Council 2040/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Ontario Place Corporation Act , Ilyse Smith, of Toronto be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Directors of Ontario Place Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective from the date this Order is made.
