OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Human Resources dated March 19, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased, effective April 1, 2006, to: (

a) revoke the Crown Attorneys Pay Plan established by Order in Council 2005-18; (

b) implement the Nova Scotia Crown Attorneys' arbitration decision dated January 18, 2008, with rates of compensation for the Crown Attorney Pay Plan as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

c) revoke the rates of pay for the Public Prosecution Service management group established by Order in Council 2005-18; (

d) approve the Public Prosecution Service Management Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

e) revoke the rates for the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan established by Order in Council 2005-18; and (

f) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing the recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule "C" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
