OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated September 6, 2001, pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, and
Section 10 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, is pleased to: (
a) approve the granting of a loan to Gregory and Nancy Benvie of R.R. #4 Middle Musquodoboit, Halifax County, of $410,000 plus $1,200 processing fee to assist in the construction of a new dairy barn; (
b) determine the rate of interest charged on this loan to be 7.50 percent per annum.
