Order in Council 513/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Richard Makuch of Orleans be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending June 6, 2024.

Further,

whereas Richard Makuch was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending June 6, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1844/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1844/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
