Order in Council 540/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Emily Cole was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective November 12, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1512/2020;

And

whereas Emily Cole tendered her resignation effective December 3, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1512/2020 be revoked effective December 3, 2021.
