OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated November 29, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 4B(1) and 4B(2) of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to appoint Coho Climate Advisors LLC (formerly CustomerFirst Renewables) as the Procurement Administrator for the procurement of renewable energy by means of one or more Requests for Proposals, effective on December 24, 2023 and ending on June 30, 2025.
