OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Petroleum Directorate dated January 20, 2000, pursuant to

Section 29 of

Chapter 147 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act, and

Section 44 of

Chapter 345 of the said Revised Statutes, the Pipeline Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting gas plant facilities in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after March 1, 2000.
