OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 24, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 11(3) of
Chapter 27 of the Acts of 1998, the Wilderness Areas Protection Act , is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Environment of a wilderness area to be known as Tusket River Wilderness Area, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 16, 2015.
