Section 219, Tetra Trust Company, a special purpose Trust Company

affiliated company, Tetra Unity Inc, also incorporated under the laws of Alberta,
Canada, for the transfer of certain intellectual property assets related to the Unity
platform.
The completion of the transfer is subject to receipt of all required ministerial and

Until such approvals are obtained, Tetra Trust Company shall remain the owner of the
