OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated October 8, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2006-497 dated November 20, 2006 to provide financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Citco (Canada) Inc. in an amount not to exceed Nine Million Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($9,012,500.00), authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on June 24, 2010, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated October 8, 2010; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
