OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works and the Minister of Economic Development dated June 1, 2000, pursuant to Sections 17 and 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and

Section 5 of

Chapter 193 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Halifax-Dartmouth Port Development Commission Act, and all other authority vested in her, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointments of the following Directors of Halifax-Dartmouth Port Development Commission, effective as of May 31, 2000: Wyman W. Benjamin Jane M. Cordy Don M. Elder, P.Eng. M. Peggy Landes Michael J. MacDonald Annette L. Marshall Bernard F. Miller, Jr. Patrick J. Murphy James Powell Mervyn C. Russell S. Paul Zive and provide that no compensation, remuneration or fees shall be paid to any of them after May 31, 2000; and (

b) appoint Shirley Carras as a Director of the Halifax-Dartmouth Port Development Commission effective June 1, 2000.
