OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated October 11, 2002, and pursuant to subsections 2(1), (2), (4), (5), (6) and (7) of
Chapter 164 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Fatality Inquiries Act, and clauses 18(1)(
c) and (
d) and subsection 18(4) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to appoint Dr. Joanne Murphy of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, a duly qualified medical practitioner with special training in pathology and registrable in the Medical Register of the Province of Nova Scotia as a pathologist, as Deputy Chief Medical Examiner for Nova Scotia, who will be appointed pursuant to an agreement which will be substantially in the form as set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective October 1, 2002, to September 30, 2005.
