OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Economic Development and Tourism dated January 14, 1999, pursuant to Sections 2 and 13 of

Chapter 49 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Business Development Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance to be provided by Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation in an amount not to exceed Nine Million Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($9,300,000) by way of a loan to Minas Basin Pulp and Power Company Limited on the terms and conditions outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation to execute such agreements and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
