Columbia, dated February 11, 2022.

Resolution of the Board of the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia made

the 11th day of February, 2022.

RESOLVED THAT, in accordance with the authority established in

section 22 (1) of

the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act , and subject to filing with the Minister as required by

section 22 (2) of the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act , the board amend the Drug Schedules Regulation, B.C. Reg. 9/98, as set out in the

schedule attached to this resolution.

1 The Drug Schedules Regulation, B.C. Reg. 9/98, is amended in the Schedules

(

a) by striking out the following:

2 Acetylcysteine

2 Artemisia, its preparations, extracts and compounds (except in trace amounts

in homeopathic preparations)
