Order in Council 2329/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway, in the Town of Richmond Hill, Regional Municipality of York, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being Part of Lots 20 and 21 and Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Concession 3 (Geographic Township of Markham); shown as Parts 3 and 4 on a plan filed with the Ministry of Transportation as P-5025-132, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Registry Division of York Region as Plan 65R-8378, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.
