Order in Council 767/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Brian Killick of Sarnia be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term ending November 16, 2027, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Brian Killick was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 17, 2024 by Order in Council O.C. 854/2024;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 854/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
