Section 67, Comox Land District, thence in a westerly direction to the intersection with the Inland Island Highway southbound on-ramp east of Cumberland, a distance of 5.9 km more or less, including all interchanges, exit and entrances of all cross streets which have access to the Comox Valley Parkway, but excluding any service or frontage roads is designated as controlled access highway.
