OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 3, 2003, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of two easements with respect to Crown land at Middle Village, Halifax County, at the approximate locations shown marked in yellow and in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to D÷rthe Laugks of Ratingen, in the Federal Republic of Germany, her heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $200.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
