OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Insurance Act dated December 20, 2007, and pursuant to subsections 16B(1), 16C(1), (2), (3) and (4) and
section 16E of
Chapter 231 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint J. Thomas Langley of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, as member of the Nova Scotia Insurance Review Board for a five year term commencing on January 15, 2008; and (
b) determine the remuneration of J. Thomas Langley at the rate of $700 per day for each full day, prorated at the rate of $100 per hour for each partial day he necessarily attends as a member of the Nova Scotia Insurance Review Board to the business of the Board.
