chapter M-17 of the Re ‐ vised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after sub ‐ section 297(2.2) the following: 1 La

Loi sur les véhicules à moteur, chapi ‐ tre M-17 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragra ‐ phe 297(2.2) : 297(2.3) Despite subsection (2), the Registrar shall not assess any points on conviction of an offence under sub ‐ section 251(1) if the motor vehicle was at the time of the offence transporting agricultural products within the Province. 297(2.3) Par dérogation au paragraphe (2), le regis ‐ traire n’enlève pas de points en cas de déclaration de cul‐ pabilité pour une infraction au paragraphe 251(1) si le véhicule à moteur, au moment de l’infraction, transpor ‐ tait des produits agricoles dans la province. 1
