Order in Council 1625/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dan Weagant was appointed as part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term effective November 28, 2019 and ending December 11, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1721/2019;

And

whereas Dan Weagant tendered his resignation effective July 1, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , Order in Council O.C. 1721/2019 be revoked effective July 1, 2020.
