OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Acting Minister of Human Resources dated April 7, 2000, pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased, effective April 1, 2000, to approve a performance-based market adjustment to rates of compensation for Government lawyers as indicated in Appendix "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
