OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated July 18, 2007, and pursuant to subsections 16(1), (2), (3) and (4),
Section 17 and subsections 94(1), (2) and (3) of
Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Melvin MacIntyre of Middle Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Labour Member of the Construction Industry Panel for a term of three (3) years commencing August 26, 2007; and (
b) fix Melvin MacIntyre's remuneration for his services as Alternate Labour Member of the Construction Industry Panel at $150 per day plus reasonable and necessary expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
