B.C. Reg. 11/2004, deposited January 23, 2004, pursuant to the FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 29]. Order in Council 13/2004, approved and ordered January 22, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the

Financial Administration Amendment Act, 2003 , S.B.C. 2003, c. 54, is brought into force as follows:

(

a) sections 18, 21, 23, 24 and 26 come into force on deposit of this order with the registrar of regulations, and

(

b) sections 1 to 17, 19, 20, 22, 25, 27 and 28 and Schedules A and B come into force April 1, 2004.
