OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated March 7, 2001, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kimberly Blenkhorn, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-645 dated August 28, 1996; (
b) revoke the appointment of Sandra MacDougall, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-6 dated January 3, 1996; and (
c) appoint Kimberley Elaine Grant of Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, effective February 15, 2001.
