PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council N. 361 , Approved and Ordered MAR _9 Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Alex Bata be appoimed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the Pension (Public Service) Act applies to Alex Bata; (

c) the appointment of Alex Bata, made by Order in Council 702/98, is rescinded. Min er of ulticulturalism and Pr of the Immigration and Minister Responsible Executive Council for the Public Service (This
