OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated August 23, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 88 of

a) approve the study of alternatives and preparation of a space allocation program for Alice Street School in Truro, Colchester County; (

b) allocate $180,000 in the fiscal year 2000 2001 to cover the costs of the study, program development and tender design process; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Education to execute such instruments as may be necessary for the purpose of this Order.
