OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated December 22, 1998, pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1993, the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act, as amended, is pleased to nominate Donald Porter of R.R.#1 Belmont, Colchester County, for appointment by the Council of Maritime Premiers as a member of the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission for a term of office of two years commencing April 1, 1999 and ending March 31, 2001.
