Order in Council 104/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 1499/2018 dated December 31, 2018, Evangelia Lisa Kostakis was appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers pursuant to clause 4(2)(

c) of the Social Work and Social Service Work Act, 1998 ;

And

whereas Evangelia Lisa Kostakis resigned effective January 12, 2021;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 1499/2018 dated December 31, 2018 is revoked effective January 12, 2021.
