Order in Council 1408/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act ,

Dr. Susan Wood-Bohm of Douro-Dummer, Ontario

be appointed as part-time member and designated Chair of the Pesticides Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this Order in Council.

and that Order in Council 134/2016 dated February 10, 2016 appointing Dr. Wood-Bohm as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee be revoked on the date that this Order in Council comes into effect.
