Section of the Petroleum Products Pricing Act,

chapter P-8.05 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2006, is amended L’article de la

Section of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: 3 L’article de la Loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit : 15(1) If a change in taxation or change in fuel charges payable to Her Majesty in right of Canada causes a change with respect to the wholesale or retail price of a petroleum product, the Board shall be deemed to have issued an order approving the price resulting from the change in taxation or fuel charges on the date on which the change in taxation or fuel charges is to be effective. 15(1) Si un changement de taxation ou un changement aux redevances sur les combustibles à payer à Sa Majesté du chef du Canada entraîne un changement au prix de gros ou de détail d’un produit pétrolier, la Commission est ré- putée avoir entériné, par ordonnance, le prix qui résulte de ces changements à la date de leur entrée en vigueur. 15(2) This

Loi sur la fixation des prix des produits pétroliers est modifié par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’article 13 : Fuel charges Redevances sur les combustibles 13.1 The fuel charges payable to Her Majesty in right of Canada shall be the amount of those fuel charges payable by a wholesaler or retailer in respect of a type of heating fuel or motor fuel and shall be expressed in Canadian cents per litre or other unit of measurement appropriate to the petroleum product. 13.1 Les redevances sur les combustibles à payer à sa Majesté du chef du Canada sont celles que doivent payer le grossiste ou le détaillant relativement à un type de com- bustible de chauffage ou à un type de carburant auto, le montant auquel elles s’élèvent étant exprimé en cents ca- nadiens par litre ou au moyen d’une autre unité de mesure qui convient au produit pétrolier.
