OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 23, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective July 24, 2015, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2013-351 dated October 22, 2013; (

b) assign responsibility for the Credit Union Act to the Honourable Randy Delorey, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act ; and (

c) direct that, for administrative purposes, all affairs and matters relating to the Credit Union Act be attached to the Department of Finance and Treasury Board.
