OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 17, 2008, and pursuant to subsection 3(2) of

Chapter 94 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Consumer Services Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Richard Shaffner as Director of Consumer Services, effective June 13, 2008; and (

b) appoint Michael Duda as Director of Consumer Services, effective June 13, 2008.
