Order in Council 139/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John Kurvink of Owen Sound, appointed by O.C. 449/2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective November 13, 2023;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Medical Laboratory Technology Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 449/2022 be revoked.
