Loi sur les corporations commerciales Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 4 (1) of the Business Corporations Act,

chapter B- 9.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1981, is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (

a) by strik- ing out “follow the prescribed form” and substituting “be in the form provided by the Director”. 1 Le paragraphe 4 (1) de la

Section 17 of the Act is amended 2 L’article 17 de la Loi est modifié (

a) in subsection (2) by striking out “in prescribed form shall be sent to the Director” and substituting “shall be sent to the Director in the form provided by the Director”;

185.1(3) The Regulations Act does not apply to forms or requirements referred to in subsection (1). 185.1(3) La

Section 193 of the Act is amended by repealing paragraph (

a) consents, in the form provided by the Director, to act as an extra-provincial corporation’s attorney for ser- vice, and

22 Subsection 200(1) of the Act is amended by striking out the portion preceding paragraph (

section 197, any other documents required by that

Section 209 of the Act is amended 27 L’article 209 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

a) par l’abrogation du paragraphe (1) et son rem- placement par ce qui suit : 209(1) A registered extra-provincial corporation shall, annually, on or before the last day of the month following the anniversary month, send to the Director an annual re- turn, in the form provided by the Director, signed by a director or an officer of the extra-provincial corporation and the Director shall file it. 209(1) Toute corporation extraprovinciale enregistrée doit annuellement, au plus tard le dernier jour du mois suivant le mois anniversaire, envoyer au Directeur, au moyen de la formule qu’il fournit, un rapport annuel signé par l’un de ses administrateurs ou dirigeants, lequel doit le déposer.
